Return & Refund Policy

At Fur Ever Threads, every product is made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. Because we are a print-on-demand store, we do not keep inventory or mass-produce our products. This helps reduce waste and supports a more thoughtful, eco-friendly way to shop.

Our products are fulfilled through Printful, which prints, packs, and ships each item on demand.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Please review the size chart, product details, color options, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right. Depending on the issue, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Printful requires claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items to be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Lost package claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the next steps.

Wrong Address

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Size Issues

Since all Fur Ever Threads products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for size-related issues. Please review the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered for items that are damaged, defective, misprinted, lost in transit, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error.

Refunds are not available for custom-made products due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or accidental orders. Printful also notes that, because products are created on demand, it does not accept returns or size/color exchanges.
