Shipping Policy
At Fur Ever Threads, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. We are a print-on-demand store, which means we do not mass-produce or keep large inventory on hand. This helps reduce overproduction, unnecessary waste, and supports a more thoughtful way to shop.
Our products are fulfilled through Printful, our print-on-demand production and shipping partner.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, it is sent to production. Because each item is made to order, fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. Fulfillment time may vary depending on product type, order volume, and fulfillment location. Printful calculates estimated delivery time by adding fulfillment time plus shipping time.

After your order has been fulfilled, shipping times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, your shipping location, and the available shipping methods.
Because our products are made through Printful, shipping costs may vary depending on product category, weight, size, and destination. Printful provides shipping rates by product type and region.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship separately. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different facilities or when products require different production methods.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Fur Ever Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Printful requires lost shipment reports within this timeframe and may cover reprinting and reshipping costs if the package is considered lost by the carrier and meets their claim requirements.
Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
Around your delivery area
With household members or neighbors
With your local post office or carrier
Packages marked as delivered are not always covered by Printful. If the package cannot be located, we will do our best to help, but replacement or refund approval is not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges once the package reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Fur Ever Threads is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
